"เว็บไซต์" หมายถึง graphic.in.th และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด

"ผู้ให้บริการ" หมายถึง เจ้าของและผู้ดำเนินการเว็บไซต์ graphic.in.th

"ผู้ใช้บริการ" หรือ "ท่าน" หมายถึง บุคคลใดๆ ที่เข้าถึงหรือใช้บริการเว็บไซต์

"เนื้อหา" หมายถึง ไฟล์กราฟิก รูปภาพ กราฟิก และสื่อดิจิทัลทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่สร้างโดย AI

ผู้ให้บริการทำหน้าที่เป็น ผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม สำหรับการแสดงผลและอำนวยความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาเท่านั้น ผู้ให้บริการไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องใดๆ กับวิธีการใช้งานของผู้ใช้ ไม่เป็นคู่สัญญา ที่ปรึกษา หรือผู้รับผิดชอบในผลจากการใช้งานเนื้อหาไม่ว่ากรณีใด

• ผู้ใช้บริการเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจและรับผิดชอบต่อการใช้งานเนื้อหาทั้งหมด
• ผู้ให้บริการไม่มีหน้าที่กลั่นกรอง ตรวจสอบ หรือรับรองความถูกต้องของเนื้อหา
• ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการเผยแพร่ การดัดแปลง หรือการใช้งานเนื้อหาของผู้ใช้ในทุกช่องทาง

• ข้อมูล สถิติ หรือข้อเท็จจริงอาจไม่ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน หรือเหมาะสมในทุกบริบท
• ไฟล์อาจมีลายน้ำหรือข้อมูลฝังตัวจากผู้ให้บริการ AI
• เนื้อหาไม่ได้เป็นคำแนะนำทางวิชาชีพใดๆ
• ผลงาน AI อาจมีความบกพร่องทางเทคนิค เช่น รูปภาพเบลอ สีผิด องค์ประกอบไม่สมดุล หรือข้อผิดพลาดในการแสดงข้อความ
• อาจมีข้อผิดพลาดในการตีความข้อมูลนำเข้า ทำให้ผลลัพธ์ไม่ตรงตามความคาดหวัง หรือไม่สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่ต้องการ
• เนื้อหาอาจไม่เหมาะสมกับวัฒนธรรม บุคคล หรือบริบทเฉพาะ รวมถึงอาจก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดหรือการตีความที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
• อาจละเมิดสิทธิ์ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของบุคคลที่สามโดยไม่ตั้งใจ เช่น การใช้ภาพหรือข้อมูลที่มีลิขสิทธิ์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• AI อาจสร้างเนื้อหาที่มีอคติหรือความลำเอียงจากข้อมูลการฝึกอบรม ซึ่งอาจไม่สะท้อนความเป็นจริงหรือความหลากหลาย

สิทธิ์ที่อนุญาต: ดาวน์โหลด ปรับแก้ เผยแพร่ หรือใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ได้ โดยผู้ใช้ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด

ข้อห้าม: ห้ามอ้างตนเป็นผู้สร้างดั้งเดิม ห้ามจดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาในเนื้อหา ห้ามใช้ในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย หมิ่นประมาท ละเมิดสิทธิ์ หรือขัดต่อศีลธรรม

ผู้ให้บริการ ไม่รับประกัน และ ไม่รับผิด ต่อความเสียหายทุกประเภทที่เกิดจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานเนื้อหา ไม่ว่าโดยตรง โดยอ้อม พิเศษ เป็นผลสืบเนื่อง หรือเชิงลงโทษ รวมถึงการสูญเสียกำไร ข้อมูล โอกาสทางธุรกิจ หรือชื่อเสียง

ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับความเสี่ยงทั้งหมด และต้องตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม/ความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาด้วยตนเองก่อนใช้งาน

AI อาจส่งผลให้เนื้อหาบางส่วนไม่อยู่ภายใต้ความคุ้มครองลิขสิทธิ์ตามกฎหมายไทย ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับรองว่าเนื้อหาไม่ละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลที่สาม

ชื่อ โลโก้ และเครื่องหมายของ graphic.in.th เป็นทรัพย์สินของผู้ให้บริการ

ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงจะชดใช้ ปกป้อง และคุ้มครองผู้ให้บริการจากการเรียกร้อง ความเสียหาย ค่าใช้จ่าย และความรับผิดใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานเนื้อหา การละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ หรือการละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลที่สาม

ทางเว็บไซต์ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบและรับรองความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาที่เผยแพร่ได้ 100% ผู้ใช้สามารถรายงานเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ได้โดยกดปุ่มรายงานในหน้ารายละเอียดรูปภาพ

หากท่านเชื่อว่าเนื้อหาละเมิดสิทธิ์ กรุณาแจ้งรายละเอียดและหลักฐานผ่านหน้า ติดต่อเรา ผู้ให้บริการอาจระงับ/ลบเนื้อหาตามดุลยพินิจโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

เราปฏิบัติตาม PDPA เก็บรวบรวมเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อปรับปรุงบริการ การดาวน์โหลดเนื้อหาไม่จำเป็นต้องลงทะเบียน

ผู้ให้บริการอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนด ระงับ หรือยุติการให้บริการได้ตลอดเวลา การใช้งานต่อถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่แก้ไข

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทให้ยื่นต่อศาลไทยที่มีเขตอำนาจ

• ผู้ใช้ต้องไม่เผยแพร่หรือส่งต่อข้อมูลที่ผิดกฎหมาย หมิ่นประมาท ละเมิดสิทธิ์ หรือขัดต่อศีลธรรม ตามกฎหมายไทยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด รวมถึง พ.ร.บ.คอมพิวเตอร์ฯ กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ และกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)
• เนื้อหาที่สร้างโดย AI อาจมีความคลาดเคลื่อนหรืออาจละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลที่สามโดยไม่ตั้งใจ ผู้ใช้ต้องตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและรับผิดชอบต่อการใช้งาน/การเผยแพร่ด้วยตนเอง
• ผู้ให้บริการเป็นเพียงตัวกลางในการแสดงผล ไม่ใช่ผู้เผยแพร่หรือผู้ร่วมกระทำ และไม่รับผิดในความเสียหายอันเกิดจากการใช้/เผยแพร่/แชร์ต่อของผู้ใช้
• หากมีคำสั่งศาลหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐ หรือมีเหตุควรเชื่อว่าเนื้อหาอาจเข้าข่ายผิดกฎหมาย ผู้ให้บริการอาจระงับ/ลบเนื้อหา และให้ความร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย
• การแชร์ไปยังโซเชียลมีเดีย (เช่น Facebook) ให้ถือว่าผู้ใช้ได้อ่านคำเตือนและยอมรับความรับผิดชอบทางกฎหมายทั้งหมดแล้ว

Website means graphic.in.th and related services.

Provider means the owner/operator of graphic.in.th.

User means any person accessing or using the Website.

Content means graphics/images/infographics on the Website, primarily AI-generated.

The Provider acts solely as a platform to display and facilitate access to Content. The Provider has no involvement whatsoever with User’s downstream use of the Content and is not a party to, nor responsible for, any publication, modification, or use of the Content by Users.

• Data, statistics, or facts may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for all contexts.
• Files may contain watermarks or embedded data from AI providers.
• Content does not constitute professional advice.
• AI-generated works may have technical imperfections such as blurry images, incorrect colors, unbalanced composition, or text display errors.
• Errors may occur in interpreting input data, resulting in outputs that do not match expectations or intended context.
• Content may be inappropriate for specific cultures, individuals, or contexts, potentially causing misunderstandings or incorrect interpretations.
• May unintentionally infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, such as using copyrighted images or data without permission.
• AI may generate content with biases or prejudices from training data, which may not reflect reality or diversity.

License: Download, adapt, publish, and commercially use, subject to applicable laws.

Prohibited: Claiming original authorship, registering IP in the Content, and any illegal/defamatory/rights-infringing use.

The Content is provided “AS IS/AS AVAILABLE” without warranties. The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages, including lost profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

User assumes all risks and must verify Content suitability/accuracy independently.

AI-generated Content may not be protected under Thai IP laws. The Provider does not warrant non-infringement. The graphic.in.th name and marks are Provider property.

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from User’s use of the Website/Content, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

The website cannot verify 100% of the published content. Users can report inappropriate or infringing content by clicking the report button on the image detail page.

Report alleged infringements via the Contact Page. The Provider may remove/suspend Content at its discretion without prior notice.

We comply with Thailand’s PDPA and collect only necessary analytics to improve the service. Downloads do not require registration.

The Provider may modify these Terms or suspend/terminate access at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be submitted to competent Thai courts.

• Users must not publish/transmit unlawful, defamatory, rights‑infringing, or immoral content under Thai law, including the Thai Computer Crime Act, Copyright Act, and PDPA.
• AI‑generated content may be inaccurate or inadvertently infringe third‑party rights. Users must review and remain fully responsible for any use or publication.
• The Provider acts only as an intermediary, not a publisher or co‑actor, and is not liable for damages arising from User use/publication/sharing.
• Upon court/government orders or credible suspicion of illegality, the Provider may remove or suspend content and cooperate with authorities.
• Sharing to social media (e.g., Facebook) constitutes acknowledgment of the warnings and acceptance of full legal responsibility.
